Half an NZ brisket for the slow cooker or smoker, a whole picanha, two US Choice ribeye steaks, a kilo of beef mince, two kilos of halal chicken thigh and a kilo of Cumberland sausages. Everything is vacuum-packed flat.
Steaks are cut to order on our weekly cutting day, so allow up to 7 days for delivery.
